The sustainability, the digitalization and the generation renewal of the agricultural sector are the most important aims of the Common Agricultural Policy after 2020. Among the horizontal goals of the European Agricultural Policy are the widespread of digitalization technology in the agricultural production, as well as, the education and the innovation. The key conditions are the widespread application of digitalization technologies in the agricultural production and food industry, the implementation of the investments for the new sustainable technologies, the education and training of the sustainability and the digitalization technologies in adequate level and the innovation. The fair income level of the farmers from their agricultural production activity is the most important determination factors for the generation renewal in the agricultural sector. The most interesting issues of our research project the motivating and hindering factors of the sustainability and the spreading of the digitalization, as well as the generation renewal in the European Union’s agriculture.
