MILLING DEVICE FOR MECHANICAL TREATMENT PROCESS OF FINE PARTICLES

The paper deals with a design and a method of milling of the invention called ?Milling device for mechanical treatment process of fine particles?. The milling device for mechanical treatment process of fine particles according to the present invention consists of a lower flange with a milling chamber having an external part and an internal part being fixedly attached to said lower flange wherein an elastic doctor blade with brushes is arranged within said internal part. The elastic doctor blade with brushes is fastened with a sufficient clearance (by a screw) to the flange for rotary motion in opposite direction relative to the direction of the rotary motion of the milling chamber internal part. The shape of the elastic doctor blade with brushes copies the bottom of the milling chamber internal part and reaches in at least one fifth of its height, whereby the thickness thereof remains intact. The whole device is perfectly closed by a lid, which prevents escape of the ground material and milling bodies disposed freely inside the milling chamber internal part. Milling takes place through a rotary motion of the whole device and at least one milling ball or roller, which move past the circumference of the milling chamber internal part. During milling, hard agglomerates of the treated material are formed on the circumference and on the bottom of the milling chamber internal part. The elastic doctor blade with brushes located at the bottom of the milling chamber internal part scraps by its brushes the formed hard agglomerates from both the peripheral walls and the bottom of the milling chamber internal part.
