Technological parameters of the introduction of grapes into the in vitro culture have been improved. The use of growth regulators (6-BAP, 2iP, kinetin) contributed to the enhancement of rhizogenesis and an increase in the coefficient of in vitro plant reproduction. New methods for adapting grape plants that were in vitro improved to in vivo conditions at the reproduction stage have been studied. It has been shown that all concentrations of lingo-humate had a positive effect on plants, which in turn contributed to the increase in leaf area, as well as the increase in plant height on the 30th day of adaptation, at a concentration of 1.0 g l-1.
The use of the developed elements of grape plant breeding technology and methods for adapting the grape plants have made it possible to significantly increase the rate of propagation and yield of high-quality planting material, as well as reduce the cost of plants produced and increase profitability. The present study was done with the financial support of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation for applied scientific research and experimental development as part of the implementation of the Federal Targeted Program ?Research and Development in Priority Areas of the Development of the Scientific and Technological Complex of Russia for 2014-2020?, Agreement No. 14.577.21.0292 from 04.12.2018; basic part of the State Tasks of Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, no. 6.6222.2017/8.9. |
