The paper presents the results of scientific research in the field of environmental protection, proposed an approach to monitoring the ecological status of soils and surface waters, and considers the assimilation potential. The purpose of the work is to determine the dynamics of the growing impact of natural and man-made loads on the environment and increase the efficiency of environmental organizations.
ArcGIS GIS software and ERDAS remote sensing software were used to translate data into thematic maps. ArcGIS's Geostatistical Analyst module was used to interpolate environmental pollution data and calculate interpolation accuracy. The methodology used is based on the interpretation of remote sensing images and other data (statistical and thematic data). The source data from all of the above sources were translated into thematic maps by methods of interpretation, classification, manipulation, integration, editing and analysis. On the basis of cartographic information systems, thematic maps were created to evaluate the parameters of natural and man-made objects for individual regions of Ukraine. This study aims to improve environmental management through GIS data collection and management. The use of Earth remote sensing data from space for environmental management and impact studies is a useful source of accurate and advanced information. |
