Optimum exploitation of the agricultural lands in the presence of polluted aquifers by surface sources requires close monitoring of the groundwater level in both periods of massive rains or, on the contrary, during drought seasons. The non-steady flow in the aquifer groundwater is described with the Boussinesq's partial differential equations. The boundary conditions consist of the groundwater level required at the margins of the analyzed area, in conformity of the pollutant emissaries, using the double steps method. The paper estimates the operating regime on two or three rows of wells, for assuring the pollutant transport, modeled with a variable flow in groups of two adjacent nodes. The objective function maintains a balanced structure of the pollutant concentration in the groundwater, as not affect the environment and agricultural production. The calculation scheme was applied to an area having a cross-section of 50 km, between two emissaries with different levels of altitude and different values of pollution. The equation of the water mass balance through the porous media is described using the finite element method. The input data were correlated with the measurements made in-situ, as the level of the bed-rock, soil grain sizes, slope, etc. The groundwater level is obtained with constraints restricted at an imposed value on top-level, required in each node. Finally, are presented some results, conclusions, and references
