This article is devoted to the study and mathematical description of the mechanisms of oil pollution of objects of agro-industrial complex. The significance of the problem of ensuring the environmental safety of these objects through early detection, localization and prediction of the dynamics of the spread of oil pollution is shown. The basic properties of oil and oil products, as well as the features of their location and migration in the geological environment are considered. It was established that the migration processes of pollutants of this class can occur both in horizontal and vertical directions, and the movement of oil product lenses in the horizontal direction occurs with groundwater and underground rivers by the gravitational propagation mechanism, and the movement in the vertical direction usually occurs in karst-hazardous territories due to the gradual leakage of oil products into the karst massif. Mathematical models have been developed that describe the main types of oil product migrations and allow for approximate calculations and modeling of their movement. According to the results of the analysis of the obtained mathematical models of oil product migrations, as well as their electrical properties, it was found that the phase-metric method of geoelectric control can be considered as an effective approach to their geoecological monitoring. Its application due to the characteristic advantages makes it possible to register oil pollution of objects of agro-industrial complex at an early stage, to evaluate, localize and forecast development dynamics to make more effective management decisions.
