This paper is focused on the simulation using Matlab/Simulink software? of the Photovoltaic (PV) module for a better understanding of the power generated under different atmospheric conditions. One diode model and double diode model of a PV cell are also shown in this paper. The simulations could be performed considering both models, but here only the PV characteristics for one diode model will be shown.
Thus, the PV characteristics will be shown for series connection, for parallel connection, for series connection under partial shading conditions, also measured values of the MPP for different values of radiation intensity are presented
