Anthropogenic factors of the production environment of oil production are characterized by more intensive influence of these factors in contrast to the external environment, which can create the prerequisites for early development of adaptation disorders, functional changes in immune and humoral regulation, especially with their genetic determinism, and the formation of an increased risk of development and weighting of cardiovascular pathology in those engaged in oil production. The aim of the work was to study the features of immunological health of those working in the conditions of exposure of man-made production factors of oil production (oil and gas production operators) with the established pathology of the cardiovascular system (atherosclerosis), associated with polymorphism of candidate genes. To achieve this goal, the molecular markers of apoptosis were analyzed using the flowing cytometry method. The level of specific sensitization according to the IgG criterion to benzene was assessed using the immunoenzymometric analysis method. Analysis of single-nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) candidate genes ADRB2 (rs1042317), ANKK1(rs1800497), NR3C1 rs6195 and CYP1A1 (rs1048943) was conducted using the PCR technique in real time. It was found that the immune status of oil production enterprises workers under the conditions of exposure to anthropogenic production factors with established cardiovascular pathology differs significantly (p<0.05) by an increased level of specific sensitivity according to the criterion of specific IgG to benzene and excess cell death, as evidenced by an increase (p<0.05) in the expression level of CD3+CD95+-a marker of lymphocytes, Pro-apoptotic proteins p53 and Bax, as well as the tumor necrosis factor TNFR receptor and an increase in the number of Annexin V-FITC+7aad-negative cells. Detected disorders of immune regulation are implemented against the background of polymorphism of candidate genes and reliably (p<0,05) are associated with variant alleles of neuroregulation genes ADRB2 (rs1042317) and ANKK1 (rs1800497) and alleles of wild gene type genes nr3C1 (rs6195) and CYP1A1 (rs1048943) and clinically signs of atherosclerosis in oil and gas production workers are complicated by arterial hypertension, as opposed to workers who do not have constant contact with man-made production factors.
