In the present work the dependence of macro- and microelements content in plants on the level of soil contamination with heavy metals is estimated. The influence of different concentrations of lead (Pb), zinc (Zn) and cadmium (Cd) in Sod-podzolic soil and Chernozem on the elemental composition of agricultural crops (wheat, barley and alfalfa) depending on their biological characteristics has been studied. It has been shown that as a result of excess metals intake into plant organisms there are violations of the mechanisms of intake and accumulation of the main macro- and microelements. Antagonism: Pb, Cd and P, Ca, Mg, Fe; Zn and P, Ca, Mg, K ? Fe; synergism: Cd and N, Na; Pb, Zn and N, Na, Mn. The regularities of changes in the ratio of biogenic elements in plants in conditions of heavy metal contamination are obtained. The data testifying that there are no elements - absolute antagonists. In studies with sod-podzolic soil the growth of Mn content in plants with increasing amount of zinc is clearly observed, in experiments with Chernozem this pattern is poorly expressed for wheat and barley, and for alfalfa is not observed at all. The antagonism of Pb and Fe in barley has not been detected in the Chernozem experiments.
