Among the global problems, the special importance is given to optimization of transport communications` operation in the cities, which with more or less severity is risen in all of the countries. The best transport and geographic location of Georgia has the world importance, where the transport corridor Europe Caucasus Asia is being intensively constructed. The topics referring to necessity of Batumi bypass road of transport corridor Europe Caucasus Asia and issues related to its construction is already studied. There was found out the social and economic efficiency of bypass road and problematic issues of its ecological condition. There are set the ways to improve economic and ecological conditions regarding the construction of bypass road. The research conducted on the Batumi`s example will have cognitive and applied / practical meaning as well.
