The threats of global change in the 21st century are becoming increasingly significant. Soon, humanity will face not only new climatic phenomena, but also many other related events, which clearly include demographic unrest on many continents. The consequences of these events will be reflected in increased tensions between countries, peoples and groups of people, who will tend to avoid new, in many cases negative, conditions. . The changes will affect not only vulnerable areas, but also regions with a relative calm and high standard for living and human life safety.
Europe will be one of the most changing continents affected by the aftermath of worldwide changes and their consequences for contemporary European civilization. If in aquatic ecosystem the negation of human activity is unequivocally demonstrable then the impact of humans on climate change has not been clearly demonstrated yet. In the present time air and aquatic ecosystem are among the most affected areas of human activity in the world. Scientists from all over the world deal with this issue in order to find the main causes to suggest how to eliminate the risk to an acceptable, technically and economically feasible level. The following article dealing with this issue not only defines these possible threats, but at the same time basically presents the options for methods of discerning how realistic they are and subsequently how to eliminate their negative impacts to an acceptable level.
