Current problems of Russian subsurface users (volatility of the global energy market, ambiguity in the behavior of traditional consumers, an increase in the share of alternative energy sources in the global fuel and energy balance, low level of technological efficiency of fixed assets, insufficient processing depth, high losses of hydrocarbons, lack of technologies for recycling resources, methane emissions, etc.) reduce the environmental and economic efficiency of production, which, in turn, this leads to a deterioration of the environmental situation in the regions where oil and gas companies operate, as well as to global climate change. In this regard, the purpose of the article is to formulate eco-innovations aimed at: reducing emissions of harmful substances into the atmosphere; introducing industrial waste into economic circulation; resource conservation and resource efficiency. In this article, the authors attempted to develop a priority technical solution, in terms of maximum environmental and economic benefits, proposed for implementation within the Orenburg gas chemical complex.
The methodological basis of the research was the key provisions of domestic and foreign scientific developments in the field of environmental management; conceptual approaches reflected in legislative and regulatory acts, corporate standards of PSC «Gazprom» on environmental protection; a set of research methods (analysis and synthesis, modeling, experimentation). The authors conducted experiments in the central laboratory of the environment of the Orenburg gas processing plant in order to detect changes in the composition of emissions into the atmosphere after the commissioning of the naphtha diversion line to the valve assembly of the technological unit ?90. The results confirmed the reduction of emissions of harmful substances and, consequently, the feasibility of improving the technological scheme of odorant production. In addition, an assessment of economic efficiency was made, which confirms the authors ' proposals and is due to insignificant investments (2.5 million rubles). and high NPV for nine years of operation (167 million rubles), subject to an increase in the annual production of odorant by 1064.08 tons. In addition, the current state of the Orenburg gas chemical complex confirms the need to enhance these priority eco-innovation as: the introduction of new technologies post-treatment of exhaust gases, treating of gas of degasification of sulphur on install Sulfren, associated gas utilization, the development of sulfur-chemical direction of gas processing, extraction of pure mercaptane manufacture of sulfur concrete, and others. In general, this will ensure the reduction of man-made impact on the environment and increase the profitability of production. The practical significance of the work is determined by the possibility of replicating the recommendations formulated in it for implementation at other gas processing plants that have a similar composition of raw materials coming for processing, and the level of technology used.
