Bulgaria's European presidency has put forward a proposed step-by-step plan compared to relations in the Balkans. Improving relations is related to important aspects - infrastructural, economic, social and cultural. This is a great effort from all Balkan pages. Rethinking the past and outlining the future can be achieved through a common strategic goal or goals. The settled forces of the border towns and the business relations between them will reach tendencies for depopulation of some regions in Bulgaria. Such a necessity is the border area between Bulgaria and Serbia.
Using the analysis of political, economic, social, technological, and environmental factors is very important for the business. These favorites are typical of the external environment, over which the company can not influence.. This is really the strategic level at the state level and is completely important in developing strategies. The Bulgarian state has almost no strategic approach to contacts with its neighbors. The meeting for this is the lack of specific joint strategic projects, the population is not used at certain borders, especially on the border with Serbia. It is no coincidence that the northwestern region is the poorest in Bulgaria. The implementation of municipal policies, the demand for culture and tourism, the availability of energy infrastructure can develop the potential of these border areas. Involving business in these strategic activities is a key factor for economic development. Mixed production can lead to interconnectedness, increase productivity, reduce response times, and reduce costs. However, all this requires a time horizon of at least 10-15 years, clear and precise rules, precisely set roles, as well as predictability for each subsequent year. Therefore, the business model used must be developed on the basis of an integrated approach that takes into account not only economic development but also non-financial factors such as ecology, culture, satisfaction, interconnectedness, and others. |
