Doubtless, the application of UAV is a new iteration of remote sensing technologies applied for obtaining information about the object of investigation. An opportunity of fast data acquisition for a large area of research provides to reduce the costs and expand the scope of application. One cannot deny that this approach is actual for geophysical methods of investigation, for aeromagnetic exploration particularly [[1]].
One should note here that process of adaptation of magnetometer sensors for UAV gets a new requirement for equipment [[2], [3]]. Magnetometers should be more compact and lightweight. There are 2 basic types of mounting a magnetometer: directly on UAVs board, or at some distance, on a suspension. The first way is more preferable, elsewise, existing an UAV effects to magnetic field. In this case, the task of defining coordinates of magnetometer is a difficult, because the magnetometer (or any other sensor) can swing freely in flight. This paper considers a method for calculating the coordinates of a freely suspended payload sensors. The coordinate system of UAV is the basis for defining a position of the sensor. The offset compensation is carried out by installing a small camera with a controller. Photos obtained from the UAV camera are a raw data for the calculation. The process of object detection on a frame is carried out by using the neural network installed on the controller. Also, all tasks of further calculation are taking place on the controller too. Likewise, the correction of a camera distortion and the displacement of device geometry are introduced |
