The article considers the problem of predictive estimation of deformation processes of geotechnical control objects. It is noted that the main task of geotechnical monitoring is the rapid identification and geodynamic forecasting of geological processes that may affect the safe state of life-supporting and man-made objects, in order to timely develop and take measures to prevent and eliminate emergency situations. One of the most effective ways to timely predict the beginning and activation of deformation processes in the system "geological environment - engineering object" is the use of a complex of informative physical methods of geotechnical and geodynamic monitoring. This approach involves automatic measurement of deformation parameters in real time and subsequent processing of heterogeneous data based on the analysis of the combined transfer function of the system "geological environment-technical object-geological environment". In this case, the transfer function of the geological environment of the ground foundation is based on the applied geoelectric method of geodynamic control. The results of an experiment are presented, they estimate geodeformations based by a measuring monitoring complex which includes accelerometric inclinometers and geoelectric control based on a two-pole equipotential electrical installation located along the accelerometric sensors.
