The economic development of the Arctic region is a priority for the Russian Federation in the coming years, and this creates new challenges for Russian science in developing technologies and devices that can reliably and effectively function in the harsh conditions of the deeply negative temperatures of the northern territories. The paper examines the basic principles of low-temperature operation of molecular-electronic devices for recording motion parameters and wave fields, namely, the step-by-step operation of electronic circuits, examines the proper operability of the electronic element base, and studies the possible preservation of a high value of the force feedback depth to stabilize the parameters over the entire temperature range of operation. The study revealed the effects that reduce the sensitivity of geophysical molecular-electronic sensors at significantly negative temperatures (-30 °C and below), proposed physical mechanisms responsible for changing the nature and magnitude of the sensitivity of electrochemical sensors depending on temperature, recommendations for expanding the temperature range of operation and reducing the temperature dependence of the sensitivity of molecular-electronic meters of motion parameters for operation in the Arctic regions.
