Recent years, running of multistage hydraulic fracturing operations are wide-spread in horizontal wells and in mid-term fracing will become main influence method on pay zones in Russia. Against this background, question of evaluation and optimization of multiple frac operations is already open. In spite of the significant number of publications addressed the theme of fracture stages evaluation, there is still very much uncertainties in optimization of stages of hydraulic fracturing. Generally most of hydraulic fracturing operations are produced in reservoirs with poor porosity and permeability. This work, as such reservoir, is presenting terrigenous-carbonate oilfield which is confined to the Volga-Ural oil and gas province. The objective of the study is analysis fracture interference in horizontal wells in a case of terrigenous and carbonates reservoirs. The project describes the approach of estimating the number of frac stages through construction finite-element 3D geomechanical model in ANSYS software. Input parameters for 3D model are evaluated by producing analysis of wellbore stability in Innopolis University Geomechanics software. 3D geomechanical model is lead to evaluate fracture influence distance depending on fracture width and different principal horizontal stresses.
