In the article synthesis of structures of disperse systems on the basis of gypsum is considered. Such systems are necessary for receiving materials which exclude burning of raw materials on the basis of gypsum waste for the receiving binders. For them use a certain composition of raw mix. Selection of structure of compositions allows to increase properties of materials. Such materials are characterized by high strength. The process of formation of structure of a gypsum which is received by hyper pressing is studied. Researches of the powders of disperse systems have been conducted. The problem of optimization was solved by application of the model. She describe distribution of particles in unit of volume on condition of formation of the maximum number of contacts. The optimum structure provides the most dense packing in volume at the maximum number of contacts of grains of the different size. The optimization of granular composition of raw mixtures on the base of the technogenic gypsum allows to enhance the strength of the composite obtained at the expense of increasing the active centers in the consolidating system; it is experimentally confirmed. Granularity regulation and fineness increase are the basic factors to manufacture high-performance compositions and high quality of materials and products.
