Training and development are a learning process that offers new and existing employees to acquire technical knowledge and skills and behavioral development attitudes so that their work is as effective as possible. Given the importance of staff training, this research measures the effect of training on the performance of employees of commercial banks in Kosovo, an important factor given that the growth and development of any organization is linked to the development of human resources.
Quantitative methods used to achieve research objectives. Part of the research are the employees of commercial banks, where the categorization is done by dividing the banks by foreign and domestic capital. Based on the research results, we conclude that banks with international capital pay more attention to staff training than banks with local capital. Based on the tests performed, it turned out that the trainings have an impact on performance. This research is of great importance because in addition to showing the effect of training on performance, it also contributes to bridging the gap between demand and supply of training by banks by increasing job satisfaction which improves performance. In addition, the impact of training on performance was measured based on regression analysis. |
