The paper deals with the problematics of tracking of dynamic parameters in an enclosed space. Its focus is on temperature dynamics in three layers during a fire in the small-scale models. 3D outdoor fire modelling test has been made as the most realistic way of outdoor fire testing. Generally, there are 3 basic approaches to fire modelling. The oldest one is full scale modelling, than the small-scale modelling and finally PC simulation modelling such as FDS. If we compare the basic properties of these three approaches, we can compare following criteria.
